Apple Tree Pruning Event

Pruning during dormancy is essential for orchard health. By removing diseased or damaged branches, volunteers promoted stronger growth, increased fruit production, and reduced the risk of disease transmission. Despite challenging weather, the event fostered teamwork, resilience, and community bonding among 52 dedicated volunteers from SEWA, KPIT, and MA Center.
